Uganda Bankers’ Association (UBA) is an umbrella organization for financial institutions licensed and supervised by Bank of Uganda. The Uganda Bankers’ Association is sourcing for consultants to undertake an assignment is to identify and quantify the financial services requirements of the oil and gas sector, assess the current capacity of the financial sector to meet the requirements and propose interventions required to avail and make accessible suitable and affordable financial services.
