Catherine Kijjaggulwe is a seasoned banker with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Markets. Catherine is currently the Head of Markets at Absa Bank Uganda limited and she previously held the role of Head of Trading within the same institution. She has also held various roles in Absa and previously Barclays within the Financial Markets department and as Head of Treasury in Commercial Bank of Africa Uganda. She. a results-driven, visionary leader, also known for her strategic thinking, strong execution, and ability to lead high-performing teams in dynamic Market environments.
