Benoni is currently the General Manager of the Financial Markets Department at Centenary Bank and a member of its Executive Committee (EXCO). He has over 18 years of experience in the Financial Markets/Treasury environment. He has also worked with Stanbic Bank Uganda, Bank of Uganda (central bank), New York Life Securities and the Bank of New York. He is currently the Chairperson of the Treasurers’ Forum Committee, under the Uganda Bankers Association (UBA). He is also a member of the Uganda Institute of Banking’s Academic Board (Senate) and the current Chairman of the Uganda Bond Market Association, that brings together all stakeholders that invest in fixed income securities.
