Robert Busuulwa

Robert has 29 years of extensive experience in public auditing practice.

Robert has been an audit and tax partner at BRJ Partners, which later joined the Mazars Group (now Forvis Mazars BRJ).

Robert is the Partner at Forvis Mazars BRJ responsible for Sustainability. He has attended the PRB Academy (Principles for Responsible Banking) and the GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk courses, exposing him to several Sustainability standards and frameworks including IFC, TCFD, NGFS, and World Bank ESS as well as reporting and disclosure standards such as GRI standards which can ably apply in the financial services sector.

Robert has 13 years governance experience including having been Chair, Board Audit and Risk Committee, Uganda Health Marketing Group, Chair, Board Audit, Finance and Risk Committee Financial Sector Deepening Uganda, Chair, Board Audit and Risk Committee Stanbic Uganda Holdings Ltd, Chair Finance Committee Nswanjere Junior Seminary, Vice Treasurer Club d’Affaires de Kampala (soon to become the French Chamber of Commerce in Uganda).
