Eileen Walusimbi Oloya

Eileen is an expert in learning and performance, with over 15 years’ experience working and consulting in the public and private sectors. As a sustainability expert, she plays a pivotal role in offering strategic guidance to boards, senior leaders and executive teams of organizations, integrating sustainability and ESG principles into their core business operations. As a result of her work, organizations can embrace sustainability awareness to advance the ESG agenda. Therefore, she has a vital role in ensuring that corporate responsibility is centered around ESG integration and responsible business practices

Eileen has previously served in different capacities at the British Council Uganda, Barclays Bank Uganda now ABSA, and the International Finance Corporation –World Bank. She is currently the director of the Coach Africa Academy. She is also the Founder of Linkit Management Solutions a consulting firm with a team of experts passionate about helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals.
