David Bikhado Ofungi

Mr. Ofungi is the founder of The Mkutano Company, a knowledge and ESG Consultancy firm. He is
Founder & Managing Principal of Dero Capital that focuses on PPPs and industrial zone
development.

Bikhado is a member of the General Council of the International Chamber of Commerce / World
Chambers Federation. He is a board member of Uganda’s Public Private Partnership Unit. He is
also Chair of the Working Group on Eco Industrial Zones.

He previously served on the board of a pan-African Microfinance Group
